Refund Policy

The service uses prepaid credits. Once credits are successfully purchased, they are
generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the case of duplicate / erroneous charges.
We do not offer self-service full or pro-rated refunds. Specifics:
- · Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or as stated below.
- · Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a payment-system fault will be refunded or credited in equal amount after verification.
- · Failed requests caused on your side (e.g. content blocked by moderation, or invalid parameters) are not refunded — those credits are consumed as spent.
- · Credits do not expire, but any remaining balance is forfeited if the account is closed, including closure for violation of the Terms of Service.
- · Where a refund is due and verified, it is returned via the original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
- · Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
If you believe you were charged in duplicate or in error, or you are entitled to a refund under applicable law,

This policy is consistent with, and subordinate to, the Terms of Service; if there is any conflict, the Terms of Service govern.
